Super Browser 2 - Two options are available here. The following text is essentially as displayed in the window.

Chars received: This is the number of characters that must be received on a channel before the channel is made visible. This value is usually set to a minimum of 5 to stop channels from being displayed when a few characters have been found in the noise.

Display (secs): This is the amount of time for which a visible channel is displayed where no new data has been received.

Search (secs): The number of seconds before a search for new signals is declared to have failed and the search restarted on a new frequency.
